The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them.
WIFI could be better...but it's free.
Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine.
The free breakfast was very filling.

Very happy with my stay here. Very central - nearest station is just 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. It had everything I needed - comfortable double bed, good wi-fi, kettle, mini-fridge and the shower was powerful.
The air conditioning worked well but I would have liked it at a lower temperature. Hong Kong is extremely humid in the summer.
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Expedia did not update that the hotel no longer offer free airport shuttle but they communicated nicely with me and made some accommodations. Would definitely recommend as the stay was very comfortable.

"Unfortunately, our room was extremely dirty. There was mold, stained sheets and curtains, and damage in the bathroom. We raised these issues with staff, but they were not handled appropriately during our stay. Very disappointing experience!!"
