"I rated the cleanliness low because there was mold in our bathroom."

"Breakfast was good. Desk staff was friendly. Room was nice but had some issues. The AC unit was right by the bed so you either had to be hot or have air blowing right in your face all night. Toilet and tub was unusually small. You can't take a real bath with 5 inches of water. The housekeeping staff did bare minimum. Didn't empty bedroom trash or turn down the linens. Toiletries and coffee stuff were not replaced etc. Overall it was average. Not what I expected for the cost. "

Second, the breakfast: seriously, it’s coffee, orange juice (apple wasn’t working) a handful of mini-muffins and a half loaf of white bread.
