Up to eight guests can sleep in comfort, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and a set of twin beds in the third bedroom, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The home has four TVs — one in the living room and three in each bedroom — with internet connectivity, including access to Netflix and Hulu. The dwelling is also stacked with new appliances, including a pellet grill located on the back patio, where you and your guests can relax in the screened lanai.
We also have a gas-operated golf cart and two bikes at the property, which guests can use at their pleasure.
With the purchase of a temporary Resident ID*, you and your guests can enjoy the mind-blowing number of recreational opportunities The Villages offers, including the nearly 50 famed golf courses. The home is located between two communal pools, and is just a short jaunt down the road from the Moyer Rec Center, where there is a family pool, courts for tennis and pickle ball, and more activities. And you're just a short car ride — or golf cart — ride away from the community's lively town centers, home to a plethora of shops, restaurants and nightly live entertainment.
The Villages is the perfect launching grounds for your vacation, located near popular tourist destinations such as Disney World and Daytona Beach.
