Fantastically located pool and activity holiday home in Lild Strand – a holiday paradise with a breathtaking view of the North Sea! Nestled in a magnificent natural area, this summer house is the ideal place for relaxation and nature experiences. Take long walks through the beautiful landscape and enjoy the charm of Lild Strand, where you can still buy fresh fish directly from the fishing boats. Just north of the summer house, you’ll find Bulbjerg, the impressive limestone cliff that is home to a rich birdlife.



The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



The holiday home is perfect for 10 people, with plenty of space across 240 m² on two floors. Built in 1995, it is equipped with all modern conveniences, including underfloor heating in all tiled floors. Pets are allowed, so the entire family can enjoy the vacation together.



The house is located on a large 1,500 square meter natural plot, only 50 meters from the sea, where you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the soothing sound of the waves. There is a spacious 130-square-meter terrace and practical amenities like electric car charging and parking at the house.



Indoors, the summer house offers a delightful swimming pool, perfect for play and relaxation. The pool measures 5 x 3 meters and is up to 1.3 meters deep with a pleasant water temperature. The countercurrent system in the pool also provides the opportunity for a refreshing swim. The entire pool area has underfloor heating.



The holiday home's activity room is filled with fun activities such as billiards, table tennis, and darts, guaranteeing entertainment for the whole family.



There are five comfortable bedrooms with double beds in the holiday home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge with a 60-liter freezer, ceramic cooktop, convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher.



The summer house’s two modern bathrooms feature showers, underfloor heating, and toilets. In the sauna, you can enjoy ultimate relaxation. Additionally, there’s an indoor spa for four people – perfect after a long day of exploring.



Entertainment is ensured with a TV, DVD player, stereo, and a PlayStation 3. There are both Danish and German TV channels, as well as wireless internet, so you can stay connected to the outside world if you wish.
