  • Breathtaking view for this large apartment for 6/7 people in an immediate seaside villa. Roof terrace with 360 degree view of the sea and lake, large living room with sea view and extra sofa bed, outdoor terrace facing east, 3 bedrooms, one with balcony and view of the lake to the north, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and separate toilet, as well as a large fully equipped and furnished kitchen as well as two living rooms. Several private parking spaces possible (2 outside and 1 in the garage.) Bus stop for Frontignan and Sète in front of the house. The beach is 50 metres away (creek number 8.) Perfect for spa guests because of the proximity of Balaruc. Many water activities possible with marina nearby and bike rental, visits to wine cellars, boat trips, etc. Portico for children in the courtyard and amusement park nearby. Many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Beautiful area with many activities (wine tasting, canal tours, etc.)
