Small vacation home with terrace and small garden. 2-minute walk from the beach (La Bergerie lifeguard station).

Residence with swimming pool and direct access to the beach.

Secure residence with reserved (numbered) parking.

Sleeps up to 4, 2 bedrooms with double beds (140cm) on ground floor, 3 beds (80/90×190cm) on mezzanine.

House renovated in 2022: kitchen, wc, bathroom entirely renovated. New dining and living room furniture, garden tables and armchairs.

Outside storage in garden.

Cleaning must be done on departure.

Our concierge (Daisy) also offers a cleaning service (for a fee). You will be charged an additional price if you do not clean the house properly (vacuuming and mopping).
