Room was very clean the staff were polite and helpful. Check in and check out was straightforward. The only drawback is the hotel is a bit far away from everything, there is nothing much to do around.

What I liked was the closeness of the airport to the hotel. Access was easy, especially if you have an early transfer flight.

PREMIER SUITES Reading
Stayed here a few times, but disappointed to find absolutely no cutlery whatsover. Also a couple of pans but no frying pan etc. Apartment was nice and roomy and I was in the annexe building right by the town centre. Location excellent!
