"We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 "

"Overnight trip to get my daughter to college (Go Vols!) and our room was spotless. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were nice and the gym is a little small, but it is very clean. Breakfast buffet has a nice selection overall. It was only missing more fruit. Glad I picked this location and I will stay there again!"

"Clean room, well-kept property, good amenities (we used the pool, hot tub, fitness room, on-site restaurant, and on-site bar). Every single staff member who interacted with us, from the cleaning crew to the servers, were professional, helpful, and personable. Excellent experience and customer service. And since we stayed in a room on the courtyard side, which overlooked the interior bar area, we didn't hear a single airplane, which was my main concern being that close to the airport. One note: the beds were too soft for us and gave my husband back pain after two nights, but some folks do like a softer bed."

"Spacious and clean room 404. Location was super convenient. Front office staff was welcoming and pleasant. Continental breakfast was available and had a good selection. The breakfast room had plenty of room. Salt water pool was great. Would definitely return and stay at the Parkman."
