The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "We were delighted to find the space as described, directly at the lake with an amazing view. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. "Wir beide haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Während des Aufenthaltes gab er uns gute Tipps zu Ausflugzielen, Einkauf etc. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und lag zentral, direkt in der Altstadt von Markdorf. Vom Balkon konnte man sogar eine kleine Ecke des Bodensees erkennen. Alles in allem ein sehr runder Urlaub."
