Huge disgusting stains on a mattress and bed skirt. Giant roach at the bottom on the staircase. Homeless person screaming by the side of the building while we were trying to unload our car. Staff was very friendly though.

We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping did not ever came to check our room, our trash bins were already full. We ran out of bathroom tissue. I called to ask for it, but it never came. Carpet needs deep cleaning.

The room key card sucks. I’ve sent multiple complaints. I travel for work and has consistently stayed at Country Inn and Suites at Thesta. I have to ask front desk to give me a new key card every single day as mine deactivates consistently. One does not even open any doors. This is almost every day I checked in at this hotel. Imagine the key cards I’ve returned because it doesn’t work. It can fill several boxes of deck cards in just 3 days.

Our only complaint is that we are traveling with a kid who loves a pool and hot tub. All our searches for hotels included these amenities. However, upon arrival we discovered the ton tub was out of service. We easily could’ve picked a place a hot tub if we knew

the property was clean and felt safe. The water pressure was terrible. it took me 20 min to wash the shampoo out of my hair. They were not able to accommodate us due to being booked.

I like everything except we had to drive around to the third building to go to our room. We didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast because we had to drive around to go to the lobby where the breakfast was and it was cold and raining.

The hotel itself looks mostly newly renovated. The service is spectacular. The basic 2 queen room is EXTREMELY spacious and comfortable. My only knock for the room is that there is a strong odor of urine in the entryway. We aired out the room and requested deoderizer, it did help but the smell is obvious when you walk in the room. I would rate the bed 4/5 and the room 4/5. The pillows kept body and fullness. The indoor pool is a huge plus, however there is limited seating options the seats are stained and old, the hot tub was out of service. The complimentary breakfast is hot and fresh, and the serving staff is just so sweet and siper helpful. The hotel itself was quiet, even with the college students visiting. We slept very well here and would stay again, though we probably would be sure the room doesnt have that odor before settling in next time.

Been coming in here every week. The employees are wonderful, attentive, efficient, with excellent customer service. The management needs to change their hotel keys. They suck. Even if front desk programmed it, I have to go back because it doesn’t open my hotel doo. It also expires the next day. I have to go back to the front desk the next day to get a new key. It’s cumbersome and takes up a lot of time. Might as well go back to the regular metal key and lock. I have to bring an extra door lock you buy from Amazon for fear that someone can re program the cheap door lock and enter my room while I’m asleep.

Hotel is kept up and location is good. Hot tub was blocked off and looked like it hadn’t been working for weeks. Room was nice but the bathroom had some areas that needed cleaning. Mold in the shower and the toilet had a ring around it. Just looked well used and not cleaned properly over the years.

There was a leak in our room, coming from the window, so it sounded like a waterfall trickling all night. When we told the staff at front desk they didn’t even offer an apology for the conditions of our room. It didn’t help that we were woken up at 7am to two people arguing and talking with police outside our window.

Things I loved about the property: great indoor heated pool, great continental breakfast, warm and welcoming staff. Things I’m really disappointed about: HORRIBLE water pressure, (it was literally just trickling …room 117) there was also a mold/wet smell in our room. The walls were thin. We heard everyone who was near.

The room was a little noisy. The elevator shares a wall with it and could be heard whenever it landed on the same floor. The a/c was also pretty noisy.

Great place to stay! The staff was wonderful and the facilities were perfect for my stay. The only comment I would have is that the wifi was pretty unreliable and when it was working it was very slow. Because I was there for work, I would appreciate reliable and faster wifi. Thank you!

Bathroom floor tiles were broken and the toilet was yellow and peeling. The toilet also had a hair on the side. There was many stains on the carpet and couch chair was ripped and dirty.

We had a great stay at the Country Inn & Suites. The room was clean and beds we’re comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only complaint is that the room had a strong rubbing alcohol smell. Not sure if it’s the cleaning products used but it was hard to get the smell out when opening window. Other then that we had a great stay!
