"Very pleasant all around! Big room, very clean, coffee maker and good sized fridge in the room. Also a very good price. My only suggestions for the management are to leave several packets of coffee in the rooms (only had one decaf and one regular) and more hangers in the closet."

"Yes pet friendly but 45 a night for our border collie which is high. The mattress needs updating, the shower was difficult to figure out. Actually thought there was no water and contacted the manager. They were quick to respond, but we figured it out in the meantime. No firewood even though there was an outside fireplace. Sensor light at top of stairs didn’t work. The couch was wicked uncomfortable. Overall it was a 4 . Thks! "

"Large house, 5 bedrooms, and large common rooms. House was clean and comfortable! Approximately 70 yards to Skaket Beach. Had a great time! Would rent this house again. "

"Kitchen was well-stocked and helpfully labeled. Could use a reorg, as it seems items have migrated to non-intuitive places over time (pots and pans were by the stove, the corner cabinet and the hall closet.)Master suite was lovely and we also loved the grill/patio set-up. "

"All was great. 5 adults, everyone said beds were comfy. House was high-end hotel clean. We're all foodies and appreciated the gas bbq and well appointed kitchen with plenty of plates cups even a pot big enough to make Sunday sauce, and the cleaning supplies needed to clean up after ourselves. There was hand soap, towels and TP in both bathrooms, the shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Theres a supermarket and liquor store with a nice wine selection right down the street. Host was very responsive. The livingroom had the most comfortable loveseats Ive ever sat in, but there are only 2 two-seaters and an ottoman. I think there were TVs in every bedroom. It was a great time and Id stay again in a second.. only caveat, the front steps are not very ADA friendly - the treds are very narrow, and there's no way around them. Id be cautious if you're bringing someone with limited mobility or balance issues. "

"We had a wonderful stay with our family! The home is in a very central Cape Cod location making it easy for us to have maximized our vacation to see and enjoy everything from the lower to the upper cape and Martha’s Vineyard. We highly recommend a trip to Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard and Chatham. Eat at Caroline's nearby and hit as many ice cream places as time permits, esp if you’re from California like we are, as nothing beats the local fresh dairy creme out there! The beaches nearby are incredible, especially at low tide..we were out seemed like a mile into the ocean walking around which was so unique and fun! The sunsets were amazing..at the beaches and right from the awesome backyard deck of this cool property. Beds were comfy, everything was thoughtfully stocked and having the grocery store and the yummy burger and shakes place literally within steps is a huge plus for family vacations. Thank you for a great stay! "
