Newly renovated, very well-equipped apartment with Wi-Fi.In one of the most sought-after residences in Fréjus-Plage with a swimming pool, the MIOUGRANO, due to its location and amenities, this beautiful apartment located on the 6th floor facing northeast offers a pleasant stay for 6 people (ideally a maximum of 4 adults).With a surface area of ​​approximately 50m2, it provides access to a beautiful space on the left with a living room (with a double sofa bed) and an open kitchen, which extends to a large balcony with unobstructed views of the peaks of the Estérel and Haut Var mountains.The first bedroom adjoining the living room, with a double bed, also has direct access to the balcony. On the other side of the entrance is the hallway with a very large storage space on the left and on the right a beautiful bathroom with a new walk-in shower, washing machine and a separate toilet.
