Air conditioning and double glazing ensure comfort year-round. A baby crib and high chair are also available.



The apartment features a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, both open and covered terraces for al fresco dining, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. You’ll also have a private pétanque court. The property is near the beach, with public transport within walking distance. The famous Roc d’Azur mountain biking event passes just 300 m from the house. Within 2 km, you’ll find a kite surfing and wing foiling spot, as well as beautiful hiking trails in the Massif des Maures or Estérel.



Two parking spaces are available on the fenced private property. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Please note: two Weimaraners live with the owners on site, but the spaces are separated and fenced, ensuring your privacy. The house is non-smoking.



Beach and pool towels are provided. A bike storage room is available. The house features solar panels and an electric vehicle charging station. Recycling is practiced.
