1.1 Guest: any person staying at Studio Côté B as part of a reservation.

1.2 Host: the owner or manager of the Studio Côté B accommodation.

1.3 Accommodation: Studio Côté B made available for the stay.

Article 2: Maximum Number of Guests

2.1 The maximum number of guests permitted is 2 people, including adults, teenagers, and children.

2.2 Any additional guests not declared at the time of booking are strictly prohibited without the host’s prior written consent.

2.3 Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.

Article 3: Special Requests

3.1 Any special request must be made in writing prior to arrival.

3.2 The host reserves the right to accept or deny any request based on the capacity of the accommodation, the condominium bylaws, and applicable regulations.
