The cleaning fee covers a thorough cleaning of the property as well as the provision of bed linens, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels.

A security deposit of €500 and a valid form of identification will be required prior to your arrival. This is a secure, non-debit pre-authorization on your credit card, which will be automatically released after your departure provided no damage is found.

House Rules – L'Oasis Family
Article 1: Definitions
1.1 Guest

Any person staying at L’Oasis Family as part of a reservation.

1.2 Host

The owner or manager of the L'Oasis Family accommodation.

1.3 Accommodation

The L'Oasis Family apartment made available for the stay.

Article 2: Maximum Number of Guests
2.1

The maximum number of guests permitted is set at 4 people, including adults, teenagers, and children.

2.2

Any additional guests not declared at the time of booking are strictly prohibited without the host’s prior written consent.

2.3

Parties, parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.

Article 3: Special Requests
3.1

Any special request must be submitted in writing prior to arrival.

3.2

The host reserves the right to accept or deny any request based on the accommodation’s capacity, the condominium bylaws, and applicable regulations.

Article 4: Respect for the Accommodation
4.1

Travellers agree to use the accommodation, furniture, equipment, and common areas with care.

4.2

Any damage, breakage, or malfunction observed during the stay must be reported immediately.

4.3

Noise disturbances are prohibited, particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

4.4

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation.

4.5

Pets are not allowed unless the host has given prior written consent.

Article 5: Parking
5.1

A private parking space is provided for the duration of the stay.

5.2

Parking is reserved for passenger vehicles.

5.3

The host shall not be held liable for any theft, damage, or incidents that may occur to parked vehicles.

Article 6: Security
6.1

Guests agree to lock doors, windows, and other access points when they are away.

6.2

Any dangerous or inappropriate use of the facilities is prohibited.

6.3

It is prohibited to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle using the accommodation’s outlets without prior written authorisation.

Article 7: Penalties for Noncompliance
7.1

Any violation of these rules may result in:

A partial or total forfeiture of the security deposit;
Billing for any damages found;
Immediate eviction without refund;
Any legal action necessary to recover amounts owed.
Article 8: Acceptance of the Rules
8.1

Any reservation at L'Oasis Family implies full and unconditional acceptance of these house rules.

Article 9: Security Deposit
9.1 General Principle

A security deposit is required to cover any damages, losses, deterioration, additional costs, or failure to comply with the rules.

9.2 Amount

The security deposit is set at €500 in the form of a secured, non-debited bank authorisation.

9.3 Refund

The security deposit will be refunded after the property has been inspected, within a maximum of 7 days following departure.

9.4 Withholding

In the event of damage, deterioration, exceptional cleaning, loss of keys, access cards, equipment, or any other breach, all or part of the security deposit may be withheld upon presentation of supporting documentation.

9.5 Disputes

An amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings are initiated.

Article 10: Holiday Insurance
10.1

The traveller certifies that they are covered by third-party insurance that includes holiday coverage for any damage that may be caused to the accommodation, its facilities, common areas, or third parties during the stay.

10.2

Proof of insurance may be requested before or during the stay.

10.3

In the absence of sufficient coverage, the traveller remains personally liable for any damage caused.

10.4

Temporary holiday insurance may be offered at check-in via the CapitalChic traveller portal.

10.5

Any claim must be reported to the host as soon as possible.

Article 11: Commitment to Environmental Responsibility & Energy Management
11.1

Travellers agree to behave in an environmentally responsible manner.

11.2 Air Conditioning

Windows must remain closed when the air conditioning is running
The air conditioning must be turned off during extended absences
11.3 Responsible Energy Use

Travellers agree to turn off lights and electrical appliances when they are not in use.

11.4 Excessive Consumption

Any consumption that is clearly abnormal or any misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.

Article 12: Check-out from the Accommodation

Before check-out, guests agree to:

Turn off the air conditioning;
Close the windows and doors;
Take out the trash;
Wash or run the dishwasher;
Adhere to the check-out time specified in the reservation;
Return the keys according to the provided instructions.
Article 13: Self-Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out are handled independently via a secure key box system.
