Arrière saison a la mer

Vue port magnifique L’appartement est très daté et nécessiterait une grosse mise a niveau ( cuisine, électroménager, salle de bain et literie)

Un peut déçue

Déçue de la cuisine mise à disposition pas fonctionnelle du tout. Pas de confort au niveau de la literie. L’équipement global de l’appartement est minimaliste. Le point positif tout de même est une magnifique vue.

Bien mais à rénover et signalétique à inventer

Bien localisé et exposé, belle surface mais équipements obsolètes (baignoire haute, rideau de douche, plaques électriques mettant 30mn pour chauffer une demie casserole d’eau, volets roulants difficiles à actionner, fenêtres aussi, matelas et sommier à ressorts)Circulation bâtiment à créer car quasi inexistante, c’est un véritable labyrinthe géant où l’on se perd aisément.
