High quality modern hotel

Very nice modern hotel and excellent value. Room was large and with a very nice balcony. Modern and clean throughout with helpful and friend staff. Good breakfast. Safe parking at the rear of the hotel for our motorbikes. I’d stay here again if in the area

Exceptional hotel with amazing views

Rooms were large and very clean. Front desk service was great as well as the restaurant staff. Did not use any of the available services as we unfortunately did not have time to use them. The only down fall would that we noticed the outdoor pool had some algae growth. Might have been just a one off. Otherwise great hotel

Nos ha encantado todo: la habitación amplia y bien equipada, el personal muy atento y comunicativo, la puscina interior estaba en funcionamiento, al igual que el baño turco y sauna. El desayuno muy bueno, con el añadido de la fruta fresca y excelentes vistas. El restaurante muy recomendable, comimos una tabla de quesos hacia las 4 y por la noche cena a la carta con muy buenos precios

A estadia correu muito bem, pessoal simpático, quarto espaçoso e limpo, cama muito confortável. Bom pequeno almoço. Como o hotel estava com muita afluência, o pequeno almoço depois das 9 horas estava um pouco confuso por isso optamos por tomar o pequeno almoço mais cedo. De resto, nada a apontar e o hotel tem um ótima relação preço qualidade.

Correu muito bem, sendo o hotel confortável e o staff, no geral, muito, muito simpático. Contudo, três pormenores desagradaram e não são admissíveis em hotéis modernos nos dias de hoje : 1 - pediram-nos para escolhemos o slot / hora para o pequeno-almoço. Escolhemos o último, 9h45. É quando chegámos a sala e constatámos que não havia café, e pedimos para repor, foi-nos dito que já não repunham. Incorrecto e mal. 2 - não nos emitiram factura fiscal conveniente do pagamento do quarto dizendo que a responsabilidade era da Hotels.com / Expedia. Aqui, o website funciona à margem e fora da lei portuguesa e iremos proceder a uma queixa na Autoridade Tributária portuguesa por recusa de emissão de recibo, tanto do hotel como do Hotels.com / Expedia 3 - quando se fala tanto da falta de água, assim como da sustentabilidade ecológica, ter um autoclismo que não tem selector de descarga (maior ou menor quantidade de água), é um crime e um atentado à sustentabilidade e gasto de água. Lamentável.

Séjour parfait ! Très bon accueil, propreté impeccable, chambre très spacieuse et irréprochable niveau propreté, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Petit-déjeuner copieux, spa, salle de sport et piscine très appréciables. Avec le calme de l'endroit et cet hôtel, nous avons vraiment eu le sentiment d'être en vacances. Foi tão excelente, que não há palavras, que a consigam descrever. As sensações, emoções, sentimentos são tão pessoais, que só é possível percebe- las através da experiência vivida pelo próprio.
