One of the female reception staff was very helpful when we reported the air fan in the room wasn’t working properly, she went out her way to come to the room to fix it.
When it happened again, an Asian male from reception came to the room to try to fix it, however he wasn’t very pleasant, that’s when I opened the door and told him to leave.

The room and entire space was very clean and comfortable. Located in the centre of Nice with great access. I really appreciated hospitality of the lovely hotel staff. I would choose this place for my next visit to Nice.

Excellent stay. We stayed in a junior suite and it had lots of room and space. Really comfortable bed and great amenities. We used the handy lockers located by the gondola to ski every day of our stay.

Comfortable with food close by and the hotel is above a supermarket which is very handy. Close to the slopes, you can drive or get the free bus to the next town to park for free.

An OK place to stop..
Room was generally clean but run down. Smelled of cigarette smoke as evidenced by butts on flat roof outside. Stained carpet and very noisy with main road outside. Bits of furniture trim missing. Pool was good but tiny. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK. Bit disappointing really.
