Amazing Trip

My family and I had an amazing time at the Sea La Vie. The views were amazing. Great beach access everyone in the area is super nice. Great for family vacations. This house is beautiful inside and out. The hosts are amazing and made sure if we needed anything to just ask. I am already planning my next vacation at this home next year.

Great place steps from the beach

This place was well appointed. Second row from the beach. Lots of upgrades to make your stay comfortable. Deck was wrap around. Great to either stay in or out of the sun.

Family vacation!

Such a lovely house. We had such a relaxed vacation staying at this house, everything was there that we need and then some. They had so much more than any house we have ever stayed at before. It was a short walk to the beach and not very far back into Galveston. We will be booking this house again.

Fantastic Stay

The home was beautifully decorated and had all the extras! Coffee, paper towels, seasonings, beach chairs. The list could go on! The AC was on upon our arrival both up and downstairs. The view is impeccable and the beach is a short, walkable distance away. The host was very responsive. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

Birthday Weekend

We had a great time Sea La Vie. The location is outstanding and despite it being barely a block away from the beach the view is beautiful. The neighbors were all welcoming and it's a spot for a quiet but fun weekend. Our host Curtis was very responsive to questions and even gave a courtesy call to see if there was anything we needed rt after check in. He let me know what was close by for fish cleaning and where we could buy fresh fruit across the road. I highly recommend Sea La Vie for any occasion. Thanks Curtis!

Excellent Vacation Home

My family of five had a wonderful stay. We were provided all the necessary essentials and more. The area was quite and we didn't have to fight with crowds. A little further from Galveston than we normally stay but would definitely stay again. We appreciated the security, beach toys and chairs and it was a short walk to the beach. My children loved the xbox and snacks that were provided. Host was helpful and easy to work with and contact.

Getaway

Property is perfect for a short getaway or a longer vacation!! Older home that isnโ€™t built on high pillars so less stairs to climb. Well maintained and has a wonderful open living area. I would come stay again and would recommend to friends!!

Short walk to the beach

This home was beautiful and a very close walk to the pedestrian beach down the street. There is also parking right next to the beach. Although there are houses in front of the rental you still have a full view of the water just across the street. Very quiet neighborhood. The home had everything we could possibly need and we can't wait to stay there again! My only complaint is how terrible the mosquitos were but thankfully repellent was provided. Just be sure to bring some for your pets!

Awesome vacay

My family and I had such a great time at this property. The views are amazing from every part of the porch that you go on. The pedestrian beach was very close and convenient. Overall it was just an amazing vacation for my kids and I to enjoy. Everything in the house was amazing. Thereโ€™s not one the complaint that I have except that we had to deal with a little bit of ants. Which was taken care of immediately. The host were amazing with making sure we were taken care of. Iโ€™m already planning nexts years vacay at this house. Sincerely the Carmona family

Amazing

Had a blast there. Easy walk to the beach, caught some crabs by the edge of the shore. Went for a swim. Everything is there and was helpful if you forget a thing or two.

Amazing Vacation

The house was amazing. Plenty of deck room, tables and chairs. Amazing view and the beach is basically across the street. Everything you need beach chairs, boogie boards etc. games in the house toys a wagon to carry everything to the beach. Pet friendly! Outside shower and private room and bath downstairs. Great kitchen the attention to details was amazing! Everything you need is already there! Super helpful notes around the house. WiFi etcโ€ฆ All the extras made our stay amazing we will definitely stay here again and again!!! Great Thanks to our host, Michele!

Good stay

We enjoyed spending time at this property in a quiet neighborhood close to the water. We did have problems with the tv sound bar not working and the downstairs toilet non functioning, but the owner was quick to request a maintenance person. Even though those problems were not fixed during our visit, we enjoyed the amenities, view and time spent with long time friends.

Perfect Getaway!

I canโ€™t say enough great things about this property. There were so many details that went into making the whole experience absolutely amazing. From the Keurig Coffee, the baskets of snacks, the warm throw blankets, the family games and so much more made this one of my favorite family vacations. We walked the beach every morning and there were even Baja Hoodies for those days that were cooler. If we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed right away. Canโ€™t wait to plan our next trip!

Nice older beach house

My family and I went to this home and had a blast!! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed along with notes on the walls for additional instructions!! We did try to contact the homeowner by phone because some alarm went off and locked us out the home for sometime but was instructed to only communicate through the app which was time consuming and frustrating but we figured it out on our own! Other than that We enjoyed ourselves!!

Family Weekend

Beautiful home right on the water. The home had all the comforts of my own home. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Easy ascess to Galveston. I will most definitly rent again and highly recommend to thers looking for a beach reantal.

A remarkably well-appointed, well-maintained, and comfortable find!

We booked this house for a family-and-friends thanksgiving getaway and it was PERFECT. I have seldom found a rental with so many thoughtful touches throughout -- it really was delightful in the literal sense of the word, from included snacks to provided blankets for sitting out on the porch. The owner even responded VERY QUICKLY when we had questions about the Google Home aspects! It's definitely a home we'd love to book again!
