  • This luxurious 4 Villas complex is located on Bell Channel Waterway in Lucaya. Each 4 bedroom 2 story unit has 3 1/2 baths, an office, garage, and views from all windows overlooking the Waterway. For boaters there are deep water slips available for lease and the docks are only minutes to the turquoise Bahamian sea. Scarborough is Bahamian canal living at its finest and a must see if you are looking for tastefully designed condominium with boat dockage and centrally located.
