"We had a great stay at the Regency. Our room was very comfortable and the location is ideal, right in the Old Port with many excellent restaurants, fun stores, and the waterfront steps away. Very friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated the airport shuttle. Our only disappointment was that the spa / jacuzzi closes at 6 pm. We had hoped to use it after busy days of walking and sightseeing."

"This place was very run down. I would have been ok with it, but it was also not very clean. The common areas were fine, but the floors, furniture, bathtub, etc. in our room we're not clean. My dog spilled water after we'd just arrived and when we used a towel to wipe it up it came away very dirty. My child's socks turned gray from walking on the floors. We asked for another room and staff were very kind and allowed us to look around at others, but they were all in the same state. We ended up leaving a night early."
