Personale var veldig dyktige i matsalen og holdt orden, fylte på med en gang noe manglet. Ryddet bord og tørket stoler så det ble klart til nye gjester. Kunne vært flere ansatte her og bedre utnyttelse av plassen. 1 liters kartong med melk er lite praktisk selv om de var raske på å rydde vekk og sette inn nye kartonger. For mange folk i den lille spisesalen samtidig. Innfør system der gjestene må melde fra når de vil spise, fordel gjestene etter tidspunkt.. Rommet var for lite. Vanskelig å sette fra seg en kopp kaffi da vi var et par på tur. Bitte litt større hadde gjortvstor forskjell.

Koselig hotell, men veldig lytt fra rom og ut i gang. Det var også litt dårlig kapasitet under frokosten. Pluss for god parkering for mc i bakgården!

Greit hotell med flott beliggenhet.

Sentralt beliggende i Fredrikstad sentrum. Hyggelig betjening. Ganske lite rom, men nyoppusset. Stor og god seng, fint bad, greit med skapplass. Litt varmt på rommet, men vinduene kunne åpnes. Kan være litt trafikkstøy fra gaten utenfor, men minimal trafikk der om natten. Eldre bygg, litt skjeve gulv her og der. God og variert frokost. Fin pub i 1. etg. Stabil WiFi. Ikke parkering ved hotellet, men flere alternativer noen hundre meter unna.

Super service

Vi ble møtt av en blid og super serviceinnstilt dame i resepsjonen. Fikk parkert mc på en billig ( 😀) og bra måte. Rene rom og store gode senger ( muligens noe mjuk for litt trøblete rygger ) Og ikke minst eggerøren til frokosten var lagd av egg , ikke detta eggepulveret mange bruker. Supert opphold 😎 kommer gjerne tilbake.

Veldig bra!

Veldig hyggelig hotell, fikk et flott, stort rom med utsikt mot kirken. Hjelpsom betjening, og grei frokost. Rent og rolig, og vi fant parkering like ved. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

Kun sengelamper som brlysning på rommet. Det er uholdbart. Lite kroker og ingen hyller for å plassere toalettmappa Dårlig oppfølging av frokosten første døgnet, ok døgn 2 da bi spiste veldig tidlig.

Fin beliggenhet, ikke langt fra togstasjon og sentrum. Avslappende atmosfære, stor myk seng, oppusset bad. Trivelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Fikk god hjelp og nytt rom pga en mangel på det opprinnelige rommet.

Super hyggelig betjening, og veldig koselig hotel. Spiseområdet var litt trangt. Glassene på rommet ble ikke byttet ved renhold, det var heldigvis lett å hente seg nye i spiseområdet.

Fint og rent rom, hyggelig betjening, god service, fin utsikt mot kirka. Det eneste å pirke på: bytt ut den knotten på toalettet som du bruker når du skyller ned. Det burde dere få til.
