About this property
Santorini-Style Tiny Home | Cobalt Blues, Fire Pit & Hill Country Stars
Welcome to Tiny Islands Resort – Santorini, a striking Greek island–inspired tiny home that brings the iconic blues, crisp whites, and sun-soaked romance of Santorini to the rolling hills of Blanco, Texas. Designed to feel both transportive and cozy, this thoughtfully curated retreat invites you to slow down, savor the moment, and experience a stay that feels worlds away.
This two-bedroom, one-bath tiny home is part of a peaceful property featuring six individually rented tiny homes, offering privacy with a relaxed, boutique-resort feel. Every detail leans into the Santorini aesthetic—bold cobalt blues, gold accents, and clean lines—creating a space that feels fresh, intentional, and undeniably photogenic.
Bedroom one is nestled into a cozy sleeping nook beside the kitchen and beneath the lofted living area. Designed as a restful retreat, it features a queen-sized mattress on the floor with soft, inviting bedding. The ceilings are low and not meant for standing, reinforcing the snug, cave-like feel reminiscent of traditional Greek island dwellings. A window across from the bed brings in natural light and gentle views, making the space feel bright and serene despite its cozy scale.
Just across the kitchen, the bathroom makes a bold statement with a walk-in shower, a rich cobalt blue vanity, and striking gold fixtures that echo the colors of Santorini’s domes against the Aegean Sea. It’s a dramatic yet calming space to refresh after a day of exploring or stargazing.
Bedroom two is located above the bathroom and accessed by ladder, adding a playful, lofted charm to the layout. This sleeping space features a queen-sized mattress on the floor dressed in vibrant blue bedding. With a window and slightly more room than the first bedroom, it still maintains low ceilings, creating a cozy, tucked-away sleeping experience that feels intimate and relaxed.
The long kitchenette continues the Santorini theme with bold cobalt cabinets and open shelving. It’s equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and two bar stools—perfect for light meals, morning coffee, or a casual bite before heading out to explore the Hill Country.
Above bedroom one, the lofted living room is a true highlight. Accessed via a short staircase, this space features ceilings high enough for average-height adults to stand comfortably. A plush blue velvet sofa anchors the room, complemented by a custom cobalt paneled accent wall, gold accents, and a wall-mounted streaming TV. It’s an inviting space to unwind, enjoy a movie night, or simply relax and soak in the atmosphere after a day of adventure.
Outside, your private outdoor area completes the island escape. Blue Adirondack chairs surround the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars when burn bans allow, paired with a matching blue picnic table and a charcoal grill for laid-back outdoor dining. The rural setting offers exceptional stargazing and frequent wildlife sightings, from whitetail deer to native Hill Country birds. Dogs are welcome to join you, just be sure they remain leashed when outdoors.
The property’s location strikes the perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and convenient access to local attractions. You’re just minutes from Blanco Square, the Hill Country Lavender Farm, beloved local dance halls, and a variety of activities including hiking, swimming, antiquing, shopping, and dining.
Tiny Islands Resort – Santorini is ideal for couples seeking a romantic escape, friends looking for something unique, or small families wanting a memorable stay with serious personality. Please note this is a true tiny home, and the bedroom ceilings are low—part of the cozy, cave-like charm that makes this Santorini-inspired retreat feel authentic and special.
If you’re dreaming of white-and-blue island vibes, golden accents, and star-filled Texas skies, Tiny Islands Resort – Santorini offers a one-of-a-kind escape where the magic of Greece meets the heart of the Hill Country.

We had a wonderful stay at the Gateway Gathering House. The location was perfect — close to wineries and town, yet very quiet and peaceful. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind and enjoy the Fredericksburg area. Most importantly for our family, my son uses a wheelchair and we were very happy with the accessibility of the home and property. It made the stay comfortable and stress free for us, which we truly appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
We love the location! All of our favorite wineries are in the Stonewall area. This property is in the perfect spot to get to town and all of our favorites. Clean, great communication. Would stay again!
The house was perfect for us. There is also another house that shares a common area that would be great if you had 4 couples traveling together. The whole property is beautiful and a perfect set up for 4 couples to spend a weekend or longer visiting the wineries or sightseeing.
Great place to stay. We were nervous about the other house being rented at the same time, but it was just us. Clean, quiet and had everything needed for a weekend or longer
We had attended events at Gateway Gathering but our first stay overnight. Great getaway. We had plans in Fredericksburg and wanted to stay close by. Great location for quiet and comfort.
So glad we found this beautiful home to spend our weekend in. It was close to town and a short drive to market days, which is what we were in town for. This home was clean and spacious with plenty of outdoor seating areas to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. Loved it all!
Loved being minutes away from our favorite wineries and out of downtown. Coffee on the porch with cows and wine at night looking at the stars. New home, everything in excellent condition, comfortable beds and amazing huge bathrooms. We will definitely be back.
My husband and another couple stayed at Gateway Gathering House for the weekend. We had tickets to a show in Luckenbach and our cabin was less than 5 min. away. A quick 10 min drive to Main Street for a day of window shopping and great food. Gateway Gathering is gorgeous and so peaceful. We look forward to staying there again.
I moved my sister to Fredericksburg, this place was perfect! I gave my Mom and me a place to unwind and enjoy some peace outside of the chaos of the move. Very clean, very roomy, check-in & out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this and plan to stay again for my next trip. Thanks for everything!
My son and daughter-in-law planned a trip to Fredericksburg to explore the wineries, and we stayed at this wonderful property for the first time. What a hidden gem! The place was spotless, had plenty of amenities, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The layout was perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The location couldn’t have been better, and the price was very reasonable. It truly made our trip even more special. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to stay here and will definitely look to book this property again. Highly recommend!
Everything about this house was perfect. It was in close proximity to downtown Fredericksburg and to Luckenbach. I loved sitting on the porch off of the master in the morning. The property was surrounded by open fields. An Axis deer got pretty close until he saw us which was a real treat. It was peaceful and the house and furnishings were beautiful. I would sldefinitely like to stay here again.
Incredible place to stay! Quiet, cozy, comfy, and is the right distance from town. Extremely well done and a plus was the roll in shower! We will definitely be staying here again!
