Girls Trip

We had a great stay! The best part was the house was ready prior to the 4pm check-in which allowed us to check in earlier and that is always nice. The beds were comfortable and just a overall cute house.

Great Place for Girl's Trip

The Rose Street Cottage was a great place for our trip to Fredericksburg. It is decorated so nicely and the beds were really comfortable. It was a nice walk into town. Thanks for a great stay!

Charming and convenient

This cottage is quite charming, with new kitchen appliances. Very comfortable with a very convenient location - quiet neighborhood but close enough to downtown that we would have walked over if the weather had been a bit nicer.

Great place for a stay in Fredericksburg

Really enjoyed our stay here. There were 4 of us that stayed here. Plenty of room, beds were very comfortable. Only one true shower, the claw foot tub they tried to make be a shower also should only be used as a tub. Other than that with a small group or faamI would definitely stay here again.

Girls trip

We had a girls trip which included myself my two daughters and my daughter in-law. We stayed for a weekend. The house was great, beds were comfy, everything was clean and as expected. Would definitely rent this place again.

Such a cute house

We have stayed several places in Fredericksburg and this was the cutest, most cozy house! We only stayed one night, but everything was very clean. Our granddaughter loved how loud she could be running around on the wood floors! Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay

We had a lovely girl's trip for the weekend. The rooms were clean and cute and had everything we wanted. We were also able to walk to the main street which was nice. It took maybe 15 minutes but it was easy and we'd do it again. Thanks so much!

Cute and Comforrable

The house was perfect. It was very clean and well equipped for our stay. We didn’t have a single issue. It’s tucked on a nice quiet little street, but still not too far from all the things you might want to do. We would stay here again.

Just a weekend away with a recently widowed friend. We enjoyed the charm of the small quaint cottage. Nice caring thoughtful extras such as coffee k cups, creamer, toiletries, tissues ….etc.

Adorable cottage!

My family was in town for a wedding and this cottage was perfect for us! For those who like to cook on vacation, all of the cooking utensils are in the second drawer on the right. I didn't find them until the last day and was using forks and spoons to cook with! The beds were very comfortable and it was wonderful to have so many bathrooms.

Excellent experience

The house is quite adorable and each bedroom has its own bathroom (one is a half bath) which was a plus. We ran in to an odd scenario in which we heard an animal in distress. Property management was in constant contact with us, sent someone to check it out, and saved a kitten! Everyone was so wonderful in that situation which only added to the incredible experience we were already having that weekend. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Two night stay

Our party of three adults and two kids (including one teen) stayed for two nights here. Place was close to grocery stores and a very quick drive to main street. Walking to key areas of main street was possible from the house, but not as easy as to "pop out for a cup of coffee". House is a bit dated, but was kept really well. Lot of sounds from the water heater area when hot water faucets were turned off and on - the sounds took us by surprise at the beginning. We didn't use the outdoor seating etc, but place is definitely in a quiet area and would have used the outdoor seating if we had stayed longer. Overall, will recommend the place.

Excellent Fredericksburg Experience

A perfect atmosphere, in this cozy pink perfection with spacious room indoor and out. Morning cafe and meditation in the backyard with the birds singing and the sun shining truly was a delightful way to start our day. We had a wonderful experience at Rose Street Cottage with Absolute Charm! Great service and attention to detail were once again top-notch as well.

Lovely Cottage!

The Rose Street Cottage was a charming, comfortable home base for our little family getaway. It was so easy to run back to drop off purchases or take a break before dinner. This is our second time staying at an Absolute Charm property and, once again, the check-in and check-out processes were super easy, the cottage was appointed with everything we needed, and we were impressed by how thoroughly clean it was. We look forward to staying here again in the near future!
