"Within walking distance of the baseball stadium. Very polite front desk staff. I was a little surprised by the club on the roof that a bit loud as we approached. But once inside we didn’t hear it."

"The clean room and staff, and air conditioning was top tier. We will definitely go back and highly recommend to others."
Courtyard by Marriott Washington Capitol Hill/Navy Yard
8/10 Good
"Overall a wonderful experience and the dining room food was quite good! Just be aware of the parking on a first come first serve basis, which can fill up, especially if multiple events in town and the suggested garages where we found space were at the Wharf, meaning we had to take an Uber from there to the hotel with all our luggage."
Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington DC Capitol-Navy Yard
10/10 Excellent
"The PERFECT Place to stay if you are in Washington DC for a couple of MLB Games. I could see the Rooftop Lights from my seat at the Nationals Park during a Washington/Marlins Game. Amazing Fan Zone. Starting on the corner across the Street, the Bullpen. As you walk towards the Ball Park, Bars, restaurants with patio areas set up and down the Center of the Street. Stores/Venders selling water, hats, jerseys etc... An easy 20 minute walk to the US Capitol Building."
Reside Navy Yard, a Wyndham Residence
10/10 Excellent
"Everything went smoothly. The washing machine did not work but the front desk fellow tried to get it working. We had to wait til Monday for the maintenance guy. Both were very helpful though. The manager was great as well. We were in a one bedroom superior, with balcony. It was nice to have the balcony space. The exercise room is just okay — it’s better than nothing. One of the female front desk workers could have been a little friendlier — she was often busy on her phone and had headphones in (might have been work related). The male front desk worker was very friendly. The items (drinks and snacks) available to purchase from the machine were very reasonably priced. It was nice not to have some trying to gouge guests. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Harris Teeter and a 20 minute walk to Nats Park. Very convenient. Never felt unsafe in the area. The Navy Yard is right across the street. Love the changes that are still coming to this neighborhood. We love the convenience of a full kitchen, laundry and 2 closets. The living room furniture is a bit uncomfortable but it serves the purpose. The dining room chairs are annoying because the legs spread out and we stubbed our toes on them. But generally we love this place. It was our second time staying here."

10/10 Excellent
"Ideal for single or close couple. It's a beautiful 'hole in the basement' providing a great place to take a break from the city. The neighborhood is quiet. The walkway has lighting as you go. The concrete stairs are steep! My knees aren't the greatest and I found the stairs challenging but doable. Once inside I found everything I needed and a very nice place to sleep. As the listing mentions house noises from other guests staying upstairs are certainly present. What I heard was mostly creaking noises as people moved around upstairs. Very worth noting as some may not be able to tolerate. There was a mistake in the listing regarding parking. The host contacted me immediately upon being made aware and was more than accommodating. This property has no parking - guests are expected to get a ride as most people do in the DC area. If a guest does drive they must find either street or other parking. I was able to park on the street and had very little concern - it's located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I had no trouble at all! I found it cheaper than a hotel, easier to deal with, less exposure (I'm rather private), and overall perfect for my purpose of a shower and a good night's sleep."
