"This hotel was beautiful! The staff were lovely and the location was quaint. We loved the pool and balcony off our room with gorgeous views of the surrounding areas. My only feedback would be that charging for the “spa” is a bit much. They offer a sauna steam bath and pool but at a daily rate. This should be incorporated into the room rate.
Otherwise a fan experience. The breakfast was delicious and we would stay again!"

"The grounds were exquisite and the pool area was a paradise. Overlooking an olive grove, with beautiful day beds. This is a place for folks who want to relax quietly and read. The dinner was so-so. I recommend exploring the area for dinner. A car is needed!"
"Very clean and comfortable rooms, it was a quiet and peaceful stay. The grounds and property itself are beautiful, and we enjoyed using the pool. Only negative would be breakfast - overcooked poached eggs and dry pastries were disappointing. Thanks to the friendly staff for looking after us."
"We only stayed 3 nights, but had a wonderful stay. Room was a little dated, however it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was in a lovely quiet street. Lovely pool area. "The location of the accommodation couldn't be better. Right next to fields full of sheep in the small town of Ariany - which serves as a great base to explore the island.
The accom. has plenty of free parking & is up several flights of stairs - there is no lift.
Like many Airbnb properties it could do with some updating. Many of the doors have difficulty shutting, there has been water damage to the sofa at some point in the past & there are several broken/cracked tiles.
We managed to operate the oven after a bit of trial & error - the dial settings have all rubbed away. The microwave stopped working partway through but was replaced promptly by the owner.
Be aware that there is a tourist tax of €2 per person per night when staying in Mallorca & you pay extra for electricity (including aircon usage) It worked out at roughly €8 for the week we stayed there.
Woul definitely stay in Ariany again - the whole area is beautiful "

"We just visited for 4 nights. It’s a 40 min drive from the airport in a quaint old town. The house is much bigger than we thought. There are 3 bedrooms. Was spotless. Only 1 bathroom. Has 2 outdoor spaces and a utility room to wash and hang laundry. A/Cs worked great. The house is 100 years old. Ample street parking in front. A grocery store is 5in walk away
The town was very quiet but 30-40 mins to any place you want to drive to. Has a few restaurants and we tried 2 of them. We did drive 2/3 of the island. The owners were fantastic. They met us on arrival. Provided a beach cooler as I had forgotten mine and answered any questions immediately. Definitely a great place to stay and use to explore the island."
"We absolutely loved our stay - the house is huge and plenty of room for our group. Communication was great and the owner was very flexible and sweet, bringing us tomatoes and peppers from his farm every day. Highly recommend and wish I had another occasion to plan so I can book it again! "
