"Very good breakfast with fresh and hot items. But room is sparse - No chair or working desk. No side tables by the bed. No chest of drawers to keep clothes. And toilet is separate from the bathroom which some might find inconvenient. Parking is not free. It is €32 per day which is excessively exorbitant. "

"The hotel is nice with a spacious lobby and breakfast area and a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was good with a variety of selections and was replenished. The sparkling water and fruit-infused water were nice touches. The staff was professional and helpful and the rooms were kept clean. Wifi was good in room and in public areas. There was no screen mirroring available to connect cellphone to TV for streaming. The hotel is some distance away from the city centre so we got around with the hotel shuttle to the airport and then connecting to the city. The shuttle costs 6 euros per person but only runs at certain times. The hotel shuttle is much cheaper than taxi or uber. You may want to confirm with the hotel beforehand the exact location to get the shuttle as you could be waiting in the wrong location for a long long time."

"The rooms were clean upon arrival, just keep in mind that they do not clean the rooms every day. I arrived on a Thursday night and our rooms didn't get cleaned until Sunday, but when I requested it at the front desk, they cleaned the next day and additional supplies can be requested at any time. The breakfast was good, basic but enough to get the day started. They do replenish often and they have a 24/7 coffee and tea bar which is a plus. We do not speak German but most of the staff there speak English so we didn't have difficulty communicating. Only down side is parking, they charge either by the hour or for the day. We opted to pay hourly since we would leave early in the morning and come back late at night so it was cheaper than paying for the day, but the parking lot is clean and spacious. Overall, it was a good experience. "

"Breakfast was excellent, dining staff were excellent. Our room had an unsafe broken kettle which was reported over two consecutive days, nothing was done. They have a 3 day no cleaning policy which after our count of 4 days resulted in a full bin, dirty mugs, no tea or coffee replenishment and damp dirty towels"
