We only had the one night here on a stop over on the way home but could easily have stayed for much longer. The rooms are modern and luxurious (as the name suggests), with a super comfortable bed and a huge (by European standards) shower - but this doesn't make the place great. It is ideally located on the Piazza Navona only a stones throw from all of the old city action - but this doesn't make the place great. It is the staff that makes this place great...the staff meeting you at the lift on...

Breakfast options were amazing. We had some issues with our original room but supervisor dealt with this in a timely and efficient manner. We were offered dinner complimentary for the inconvenience but would highly recommend the restaurant regardless. Food was amazing. Location is close to all major attractions.

Everything about this hotel was just amazing, the location, the facilities, the cleanliness, the comfort, the bar, the breakfast, the complimentary access to the underground historical site and finally the exemplary service provided. Nothing was too much or too difficult, special shout out to Alessandro who was extremely helpful and did so with a smile. Just brilliant, would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely few days here. Very welcoming staff and a particularly lovely man looking after us in the dining room each morning, He went out of his way for us and made us feel very special. The buffet breakfast was superb and the ambience together with the wonderful choice of music each morning was delightful.
The hotel is well located and about a 10 minute walk to the top of the Spanish Steps.
Overall a great hotel which felt like a very elegant boutique hotel.
My only criticism was...

We very much enjoyed our stay at this charming B&B in the heart of Rome. It is only a few minutes walk from the Piazza Navona, and less than half an hour to basically all of the major attractions. Michelle was a very kind host. The breakfast was excellent for such a small establishment. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Couldn’t fault the Art Otel in any way the staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The gluten free options were unexpected but extremely welcome, as a coeliac having the choice presented was fantastic. The room was spotless and maintained to a very high standard. From check in to check out the service was fantastic. Highly recommended the Art Otel for your next stay.

This was such a wonderful surprise behind those beautiful big green doors. Don't be deceived by the entrance!! Once upstairs the rooms are classic but modern. Work has been done to ensure the plumbing, electricity and air conditioning all work fabulously! A treat in Rome!! So convenient too. Just behind the Pantheon! I walked everywhere. Spanish steps, to the Colosseum.
