Franklin to the Fort Hotels, Missoula

"I had tonremake my own queen size bed because there was no room service and I had to walk from one building to the next to the front desk to be given new linens. There was nobody to answer phone calls at the front desk except that one time to get new sheets and they called back 3 hours later, pool was closed"

"The room hadnt even been cleaned properly. we found someone else's gross belongings in the bedside table. There was rotting food, a half smoked cigarette butt among other items in the drawer. The room did not smell good and it was questionable that the linens had been changed. By the time we got back to our room after the event we went to and discovered this it was late and I was so grossed out i slept on top of the blankets and barely got any sleep that night. Was hoping the hotel would offer a discount but they said nothing and i was charged full price for that night. Im never going back there. Disgusting. I will gladly pay more money to stay somewhere that's clean and doesn't have brown bananas and stale hard donuts being served at breakfast. Very dissapointing. "
