This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Newly remodeled apartment in a historic home, you will be close to shopping and restaurants in downtown Franklin.

Walk to the square and enjoy your search for cool finds in local shops, and enjoy the easy access to Nashville (45 minutes), Bowling Green (25 minutes), Mammoth Cave, the Corvette Museum, and so much more. About 5 minutes to I-65 makes getting in and out of Franklin easy.

Comfortable beds, wifi, smart TVs and a full kitchen are just a few of the creature comforts you will experience. There is a washer/dryer (stackable unit) if you need to catch up on laundry.

We have a large parking lot behind the property, perfect if you have larger vehicles.

Beautiful Structure and Well Done

From the feel of days gone by to the decorating throughout the apartment, it was beautiful. I would love to buy this house for myself! Great stay and a short short walk to the coffee house and square for shopping and eating. We will be back.

Very clean, beautifully decorated apartment. Town of Franklin is quaint and quiet. The Christmas lights in the center of town could be in a Hallmark Christmas movie.

Beautiful Historical Home!

The Duncan property was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We were there only 2 nights but I wish it was more. Maybe next time.

Family Visits

Visiting family in Franklin/Whitehouse area but wanted our own place to come back to at night and this was perfect. It's an old historic home but it appears very new inside. They did a great job with restoration and I would recommend staying. We wished there were chairs on that little back porch or the front but all else was great. I
