Tranquil Villa

Absolutely perfect place to stay! Gorgeous bungalow style and perfect for a weekend stay. Great location, amazingly clean and great response from owners! Would definitely stay here again.

This owner thought of everything and more! I could write a book about the furnishings and decor alone. Great use of the space includes a private bedroom and spacious living room, kitchen with bar and seating, adorable bath! Everything worked well and it was immaculate inside and out! The property was beautifully landscaped and perfectly manicured!

The property was incredibly well appointed. Comfortable, clean, convenient, quiet and peaceful. Excellent communication. The owners clearly work hard to make it a relaxing and quiet place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Hidden Gem

What a great little place to just relax. Easy check-in and out. We met the property owners who were friendly and hospitable. We were able to relax for a couple of days without the hustle and bustle of the “popular spots” over a holiday weekend. Thank you for sharing Tranquil Villa!!

Cozy, clean, and cute

I was in town for a friend's bridal shower and chose to stay in this cute tiny home. The property was well maintained, clean, and easy to find. Check in was super easy. If you have a reason to be in the area, I'd definitely recommend staying here!

A Perfect Stay

A perfect little cottage for a stay while I worked in town for 24 hours. The hosts were super helpful and had already thought of everything at this quaint spot. Clean, cute, nicely appointed, and super convenient. I am grateful for the hospitality.

Great Place to Stay

We were visiting friends and this was the perfect property for me and my husband. It was hip and comfortable. The owner lives on the property and was very friendly, also providing complete privacy. The guest house is private, has everything you need, quiet at night, two televisions, coffee. Loved it and would stay again.

Great place! Awesome owners! AC and music as we entered was just the right touch! The patio was a great place to hang out. The bed was a bit hard.. but other than that it was amazingly clean and at a very reasonable cost. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

After several attempts to get into the lockbox, I contacted the owner who was there in 2 minutes. The house was very clean, convenient, and the bed was great! The shower is a bit small, but in a tiny house, the bathroom has to be small! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay ( I was there for a class reunion). I also felt very safe.

First Impression Said It All

Neatly groomed yard. Opened door to soft jazz, and a very clean, nicely decorated tiny house. Was perfect for an overnight, but would have loved to have stayed longer. Was quiet location and very relaxing.

Quiet and Comfortable

Great little spot to tuck away for some peace and quiet, and the host was welcoming. Everything I needed in a safe place while I was waiting on my furniture to get moved into my new home. Convenient to Route 58.

Easy to find. Cute as a button. Clean and nicely decorated. Our only comment on the negative side is the shower is a very small space with not much room to move about while showering.

Great place!

Very easy to find and check in was painless. Would have liked ice cubes in the freezer for drinks. A larger mirror for dressing would have been nice while dressing for a wedding.....wanted a full view. Regular coffee for brewed coffee machine was empty and only one packet of oatmeal for 2 people to share. I've stayed in lots of B&B's and the amenities were slim; ie: magazines, cards, games, books, snacks. Aside from this, it was a very cute little separate dwelling.

This property is a little ways away from a lot of amenities but was perfect for us. Was really close to our family that we were visiting. The place is just as advertised. Quiet, clean and has everything you need for a couple. We will certainly use this place again instead of a hotel in Suffolk.

The property is lovely, cute little cottage. It’s perfect for a single woman or a couple. It was very clean, everything advertised was available. It’s a little bit outside of Franklin, very quiet and easy to find. Franklin is just a few minutes away, cute town with restaurants and a super nice cafe. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back.
