"Cleanliness was so so, there was an old toothbrush left behind, the shower curtain looked very dirty. Parking was easy, air was good.
I had to call multiple times as the people were making lots of noise then I ended up having to call 911 as someone was getting assaulted, I was worried for that persons life. "

"The room smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew. The towels had hair embedded in them. The front desk staff member was inexperienced and refused to refund charges after I reported issues with the room. Staff offered another room but I refused to stay in the room and booked with another hotel. There were random people standing around outside and working on cars in the parking lot. "

"The drain stopper in the bathtub kept falling down causing the tub to fill up during our showers. I’m 7 months pregnant, so it was difficult having to continuously bend over to pull the stopper back up to drain out the water. Management offered to change my room, but we had already unpacked all of our stuff, set up our 10 month olds crib, and he was ready for a nap. It was too much of a hassle to pack everything up again to move, unpack, and then have to repack. I wish I was offered a discount on my stay for that inconvenience. A piece of the wall trim in the hallway fell off blocking my room also. I had to move it. "
