Bed and Breakfast in Franklin

"Clean hotel "

"The room was clean, however the door stuck and was hard to open and shut. When I booked the room it was advertised as breakfast included. After much discussion and showing the staff that the booking showed breakfast included, I was given one voucher for each day. Even though there were two of us, I was told I could only get one complimentary breakfast because I booked a single room. I booked one room with a king bed for my husband and myself. I don't know what would have had to do to book a room that wasn't considered a single room??? I probably won't stay there again."

"The breakfast was an absolute joke I wouldn’t have fed it to my dog…. There were obvious illegal activities going on throughout the entire night, sketchy people just hanging out in vehicles in the parking lot, ultimately this is not a place you want to stay the whole city is disgusting and very very uncomfortable. I only stayed 2 nights and between those two nights I might have gotten 5hrs of sleep due to the fact I felt the need to constantly check to make sure my vehicle was not being messed with.. the shower…. Oh the shower cold water had semi decent pressure but the moment you put hot water on it would die it to a small weak stream, the towels provided I think were clean but smelled stale and moldy I went to the store and purchased my own.. the parking lot issues and the people that would be outside made the stay absolutely miserable horrible, I actually contemplated calling the police because of it, I knew management wouldn’t do anything about it.. 10/10 DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!"

"Staff and breakfast did not disappoint however many of the outlets in room were not working, particularly the ones on lamps at bedside. Seems like the hotel could use a bit of remodeling/facelift. "

"Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Nothing great but nothing terrible either. The room we had was a *bit* messy (dirty floors that needed a good mopping), but the bed was clean and comfortable. It's definitely not luxury, but you're also not paying luxury prices. It's a cheaper hotel, but it was (mostly) clean, comfortable, and in a great spot in the city. The staff was also very responsive when our room card kept resetting, though that was definitely was a pain point for the trip."
