Design is futuristic loved it Couldn’t work the lights too complicated Aircon too loud The room is beautiful, would go back but its a bit loud and needs more light, bright Spa is fabulous

The room was small but everybody was very accommodating and helpful.The air never got the room cool at night. That might be user error but we get it to stay around 18c at night

Overall design is great. Spa is very nice. Reception staff is very polite and helpful. On the flip side, the host staff at the bar is exceptionally rude (specifically the bald gentleman with the long beard). They refused to let my business guests into the bar (not for lack of dress code) and were very rude about it. I did not invite anyone to the hotel after this and took our business elsewhere. This is not at all how I expect my guests to be treated at the hotel where I am staying. The housekeeping in the rooms was below par, water stains on the shower cabin door, on 2 out of the 4 days they did not replace the wet bath mats or provide dry towels. Coffee pods weren’t replaced either. When we first checked in we were given a room with a table with a broken glass top. Our room was immediately changed upon request. The focus of the hotel was very much on the party crowd, and it felt to me that general maintenance of the rooms and cleanliness was something they didn’t care much about. Overall I would say it was not worth the money and attention to detail needs to be seriously improved.

The shower which is not convenient to use because of a high step up, takes big part of the room, that makes living space really small. The room lighting is insufficient and hard to comprehend in terms of use

Dear Peter , Given the fact, that every guest feels different about noise levels, I would like to inform you that all our floors are lined with carpet and our doors are very heavy and massive. Furthermore, I need to point out that we are publicly announcing an “early check in und late check out”. Both can, obviously, only be extended upon availability.

The bar is unusable due to their allowing smoking. A prime feature of the hotel it is choking stink of thick smoke with the smell invading the rest of the hotel’s common parts. A huge shame for a well located and otherwise very memorable place.

Great spa, but no jets in jacuzzi. Tiny room is standard for Europe, but toilet has glass walls that are like an echo chambers. Really small TV, wifi kicked us off every few minutes

Very nice stay
A very nice stay at the beautiful hotel. In a 10-minute walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Danny Siemon at the reception was a great help with various issues.

Room is really compact but worst part was one of our sheets was covered in blood like someone got murdered in the room when we complained the staff didn’t seem like it was a big deal really made us uncomfortable sleeping in the room after.

Our Favorite Frankfurt Hotel
Roomers, since it opened 8+ years ago or more, has been our preferred place to stay when in Frankfurt. And the restaurant and bar are great as well!
