Appalling experience, to open hotel with basically only a receptionist, no kitchen, no bar, no meals, to tell guests if you want to eat there is a resturant down the road, which happened to be closed. I was booked in for 3 nights but checked out after one and moved to the Marriott. I traveled for 25 years all over the world for business and the mine site camps I stay are are better the what you provide. Last time I ever stay in a Hilton Hotel

Clean hotel and close to the stadium. Staff are very accommodating. The bar was closed the whole time we were there and the water went off for a while during our stay.

I will never go back
My brother was forced to sleep in with me and my partner because the room he'd booked and paid for was sold to someone else. It was a disaster that could have been flagged when I tried to check in for him earlier in the day. But instead it was picked up near midnight when he arrived. The check in agent Ishmael was fantastic, but didn't have a hope of finding a solution as his manager provided him with no help over the phone. Terrible experience. The hotel was clean and easily accessible by train, 15 minutes from the city centre. Glass walls divide the room from the bathroom which obviously didnt work for us. Please thank Ishmael for being a silver lining amongst terrible greed by the hotel's sales team.

I did not like the shower besides my bed and the fact that it was clear . It was an eye sore. One of the house men was rude . When it was time for me to check out of my room . It was 10:45 check out was at 11:00 and he rudely said to me yelling well what time are you leaving. Very uncomfortable. I will never book here again. The best part of the hotel was the fitness area. I rather be in the gym then go look at that eye sore shower in the space where I have to sleep and eat.

Chose hotel as a layover due to ATC problems in UK. Nice quiet business district and okay as a layover. But would need dine in options for dinner if staying longer as my disabled husband cannot walk distances. Room design and cleanliness excellent. Free cookies on check in delicious..... please provide English breakfast teabags :)

The position of the hotel is not good ( at least for me) . In the middle of a complex of hotels and offices. Long trip ( 40 mins - walk to train - get train etc) to Centre of frankfurt. Then possitionof the hotel put me off staying here again.

Really clean smart hotel. I actually loved the atrium lift and the funky bathroom shower layout in the bedroom. The staff are terse but helpful. If you are staying to attend something big at the EF Stadium the taxi situation needs managing. There is normally a taxi at the door but this won't cover a big concert and the drivers are reluctant to get tangled up at the other end. Walk or Uber. Also, they closed the bar early after the gig we went to, which was odd, so no drink when you get back from the show. Normally it's open until 12. Overall, very happy with our stay.

We had two rooms for one night. Both were hot, so we didn’t sleep well. We had the windows open, but it didn’t help. We walked to a local restaurant for supper. We’re in Europe for nine days. So far, this hotel was the least impressive which is surprising for Hilton.

Hotel is nice but not quite up to Double Tree standards. Rooms are small and strangely designed. Room was extremely hot when we checked in with no way to cool except a small crack in the portal to the outside. Parking was expensive.

We stayed at this hotel on 11th of August when in Frankfurt were 34 degrees. It was absolutely crazy how hot it was and we came after a long drive with a 6 months old baby to find out that there is no air conditioning and all rooms had fans. They gave us a big room on the ground floor to have enough space with the baby but with no air con you couldn't open the windows because the airplanes were passing every few minutes and the noise was just crazy. We were afraid to let the window open having an open balcony with a lot of trees and vegetation, with bunnies and squirrels, thinking that any of these will come into our room. We've kindly asked the reception to change our room to the another floor so we could open the window a little bit. Into this new rooms we've had a shower in the middle of the room...was really strange,never saw thisbin my life. We were thinking if you are not coming as a family how you will do shower in front of other??So check this twice before you book a hotel room.
