Expedia needs to alert prospective customers to this property that the hotel is no cash; only credit cards can be used to pay for anything. Additionally, Expedia needs to alert customers that the bus shuttle to the hotel is not adequately marked. Instead users are forced to asked the several lines if they service that Holiday Inn. There's nothing wrong with the hotel. The problem lies in the inaduate information that Expedia supplies. Also, Expedia needs to supply reservation numbers in case a customer wants to cancel a reservation. A telephone number for the hotel would also help.

The night staff was horrible. There was this one guy who was manning the desk and he was rude and curt and on top of it gave us a room with no air conditioning. The whole room was hot and stuffy. The hotel is big with so many empty rooms. I cannot believe he gave our family that one room where the AC didn’t work. We had to ask for a table fan which they gave us reluctantly past midnight. The front desk guy most likely could be new at the people facing job, that’s the only benefit of the doubt I can give him.

Mediocre at best
Room was way too small for the 3-persons for which it was rated — you could barely walk around. Basically a small queen size room with another bed jammed in. Stains on rug, walls a little beat up. Nice to have shower amenities like shampoo, conditioner, etc. Disappointing that hand/body lotion empty - tried to call both housekeeping and front desk but could not reach anyone.

We loved the airport shuttle. The room was great with the rollaway bed for our son, the duvets and was perfect for our layover. It would be good to have instructions in the bathroom on how to use the shower as it wasn't intuitive. The check in was long and frustrating as we were coming in late and wanted to eat before the restaurant closed. Also would be a lot easier to not have to check out in person.

This was a great choice. We landed at Frankfurt airport in the early evening and eventually found a shuttle bus to Terminal 1 from where we went to the SBahn station and went one stop. The hotel is not far from the nearest station. Staff at reception were very helpful, the hotel was quiet and we had a lovely comfy room. All in all a great choice.

Excellent room and location. Abysmal registration process - only one overworked person,LONG queue. Waited over three hours for housekeeping assistance. Duty manager not available Sunday ! No drinking glasses in room,only one usable tea bag, no bottled water, bar fridge unstocked,TV not working. Transfer bus free from airport IF you can find it; illogical return cost - taxi àt door much cheaper for two and more convenient. Dining options limited and expensive: two excellent restaurants five minutes walk away. Overall, a mixed bag and poor reflection on HI brand.
