It is a 15 walk to Terminal 2 or a bus will bring you to Terminal 1 for 6€. Clean rooms good enough for a short stay.

Decent quality room - bathrooms are a little compact but clean. AC works well. Located in quiet area that is very near but yet away from the airport. Staff is helpful, efficient and friendly. Worked for us as we had early AM flight at airport. (One tip for travelers - Realize that Frankfurt Airport is huge and the walk to a gate could take you 20-30 mins AFTER you exit security.

Used hotel for an overnight connection in Frankfurt. Unfortunately the room we booked was not available upon checkin because of the property’s AC issues, and we were downgraded. However, front desk was very apologetic and did a great job in ensuring that we were still getting equal value in a cheaper room. Shuttle from/to FRA is very efficient but beware that there is a charge on the way back to the airport but not outbound to hotels. Hotel area is like a hotel village of sorts, with a supermarket across the street and a few restaurants. Overall, happy with stay for the purpose.

The air conditioner was broken. They would not move me to a different room and told me to open the window to help cool the room. There was a very loud restaurant adjacent to the property that played music until 2 in the morning. I got no sleep and requested a refund and checked out. I was told that Orbitz needs to refund me the second night.

Nice clean hotel 1 mile from the airport. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Special call out to Pascal. He was super friendly and helped open the room safe after it either malfunctioned or I typed in the wrong code.

The front desk staff was very welcoming. I booked this hotel because it was walkable to FRA, and because it had a gym so I could exercise before my very long travel day. I tried the gym after I had dinner, and found it to be locked; however, I was able to get in the following morning and do a solid cardio/strength workout, an excellent start to my day! What impressed me most was the restaurant. The online reviews were not great, so I explored all of the other dining options in nearby hotels and was very underwhelmed with their offerings. I decided to check RBG, and they had the best options by far! I had the beet falafel and hummus plate, 2 incredibly delicious Weizens, and the sweetest wait staff on the planet. Both gals working the bar/restaurant that evening were attentive, engaging, and an absolute delight. Highly recommend!!!

This is a great place to stay if you need somewhere within walking distance of Frankfurt airport. It's a 15 minute walk to T2 or a short shuttle right (6 euro). Very clean and convenient

The hotel was nice enough in a generic, clean kind of way. What was amazing to me is that after staying at all kinds of small hotels in Germany, with this being our final night, it was the only hotel that did not have a hair dryer in the room. Also, the clerks give you a run around with information and accuracy. Upon check in I discussed the 6 euro/pp shuttle with the clerk, and he insisted that it's a better deal than the taxi which would charge $12 for one person. We came down the next morning ready to pay for the shuttle and a different clerk asked if we were going to Terminal 1. We were going to Terminal 2, and he told us the shuttle only goes to Terminal 1. No budging on that. So we took a taxi, which was only about $10 euros for our two person party, and it would have been less except there was a lot of traffic, and the price was according to the meter.

Room was a little tired, bathroom especially. Shower head was broken. Our layover was short (10 hours for much needed sleep) and so calling to have it fixed or changing our room was not an option as it would have taken away from precious sleeping hours. Breakfast only served to 9.30 and buffet was not topped up at 9, so some things were already finished.

It was so easy to get a shuttle from terminal 1 at the airport right over to the Park Inn. The bus stopped at several hotels, but Park Inn was first-right in front of the door which makes it so easy. Check in was super quick, and they were very welcoming and willing to store my large bike box for me so I wouldn’t have to haul it up the elevator. It was so easy to go into downtown Frankfurt on the train (stop is right behind the hotel) and visit the Christmas markets! About 15 min ride without any train changes. The staff had a map and gave me directions. So helpful! The room was very clean and spacious. Great water pressure too. Cool changeable lighting, too. The shuttle back to the airport is 6€-cash to the driver or buy a token at the hotel counter. You can buy a hot breakfast there-but they did offer free coffee which was nice. Shuttle runs every 30 min back to the airport (stopping at a couple of nearby hotels first) and drops you off at terminal 1.
