"My mom, 3 sisters and I stayed in this immaculate and welcoming home, and we all agree we would return in a heartbeat! Every detail in the home is new and fresh and so well maintained, and the floorplan accommodated us to perfection. Sooo comfortable, and the proximity to downtown Frankenmuth was a bonus.....about a 2 minute drive! Ryan was incredible to deal with, and responded immediately when we needed an assist. Highly recommend this home for a Frankenmuth stay!"

"We stayed in Bay city for a softball tournament for Fathers Day weekend. There were 3 families and a dog and it felt like there was plenty of room. The house was cute and had lots of sleeping areas for the kids and adults. The owner allowed us to have our team over for a pizza party in the yard and the girls loved lounging back there. The owner was very attentive. The neighbors were close but all very nice. There were plenty of towels and coffee provided. We suggested maybe having more sheets...

"We reallly didn’t fully utilize the property. Family in the area so we were with them. Wasn’t the greatest weather but not the owners fault. It would be my recommendation to fully air condition the place versus 3 units. Bedrooms would get pretty warm at night. Thankful I brought a fan and one was with the place. A few minor things that need fixing - cabinet door fell off and just missed my foot. Ongoing issues with TV but the living room one worked consistently. Batteries missing from...

"Very clean, strong communication and had everything we needed and more. The host has great brand products for you to use, kitchen is well stocked and a delicious breakfast was left for us. Plenty of yard games, fire wood for purchase and clean hot tub. Check out process was simple and did not have to do much. Very close to downtown. Would highly recommend staying here!"
