"A great experience. Family focused but still places to enjoy as a couple. Each night we thoroughly enjoyed the music on the outdoor patio at the restaurant staff were good but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps a re-evaluation of the staff/client ratio or efficiency?? Overall a fun experience! Thanks so much!!"

"The property was very clean, well kept, and updated. I love the rooms, how they are set up and have everything you could possibly need. I really like the real kitchen setup and additional roll out desk space if need, very roomy and upscale. The coffee was great, really good coffee, good coffee matters even when your not an everyday drinker of coffee, you know the difference. The breakfast was ok with the waffles, sausage, fruit, bagel, and cereal options. It could of been better if had bacon, scrambled eggs, real diced potatoes or hash browns. The mini hashbrown circles was thin and too dry, made them taste imitation and nasty. They did have hard boiled eggs but the circle egg flats definitely need to be trashed, they was not thick enough and hard, not good enough for any type of sandwich. I did like the circular cheese curds they were great, so overall not bad. Breakfast on a 1-5, I give it a 3. The indoor pool was at a good temp, not to cold and I loved the seating outside with lights and grilling options. Staff was friendly, nice, helpful, and happily conversative. Will stay here again."

"We reserved a King suite. It was very nice. The bathroom shower door had some black mold on the track. So, a little more attention to detail is recommended. The outside was lackluster for Frankenmuth. Weeds in the landscape, debris on the ground and parking lot. Not very well maintained. The pool area was ok. The tile flooring and the wall tile along the floor was dirty and scummy. Probably time for a cleaning. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special serving rubber sausage and pre-made eggs. If you're coming in the middle of the week and stay til Saturday, watch out for the rate gouge of another $100. During the week it is around $170 a night and then $254 on Friday and weekends. No additional services or additional amenities, just a greedy gouge because they can. Overall, I expected better from a Frankenmuth Hotel. I grew up in the area and know how important it is to uphold the image of a perstigeous property for tourism. I'd say Fairfield fell a little short of that expectation."
