"The staff are wonderful. I wish check in hours weren’t so limited - we arrived earlier than expected and wanted to drop off our bags, but had to wait around in the car a long time (since we didn’t want to leave our luggage unattended) until the check in hour that begins at 5p, since the doors are locked and no one answered the door until then. Also wish that they had AC- it was pretty hot during our stay."

"We loved our time at the cottage. It was perfect for our group. We all had a lot of room to spread out especially since it rained the entire time we were there. Hopefully one day we can come back again. The owners were wonderful. Highly recommend."

"The owners, Gaelle and Bruno, are grand hosts and are charming. This visit was our second, and if we return to Amboise, we will stay there again. The rooms in the manor house are spacious and well appointed. Breakfast is a must. Our hosts provided recommendations for dinner that were not tourist oriented, and helped us schedule a taxi to the railway station."

"Enthusiastic and helpful couple running a pleasant b&b. They had beer, they had pizza and sandwiches which was all that was on offer in a village in which both bars had closed down. Fine for an overnight stop though."
