The premises were very modern, including elevators, bathrooms, lobby, restaurant and rooms. Very comfortable bed. In Brussels, it is not the practice to provide water free of charge - all dining establishments offer bottled water only - which MUST be paid for. A glass of tap water simply isn’t available.

This was a nice location, 5 mine walk to/from Bruxelles Nord metro, and the main strip of shopping, and other tourist sites. Since it was in the north, it was a bit more quiet, and near a lovely park. The staff were excellent, attentive, and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Thankful I decided to spend the extra few dollars to upgrade to a room with a balcony. Having the doors open at night and in the morning was lovely ..."
