Great location, quiet area. My only complaint is the house needs to have the rugs carpet shampooed and windows need new screens so we could have had windows open to enjoy the mountain air
This property was everything and more for a cozy weekend in the mountains with friends. Super close to cannon mountain for a quick commute to the slopes
We loved our stay at this spacious house close to Cannon Mountain.the room set up, and the large kitchen/eating area were perfect for our family. Coming home to a hot tub and a drier after skiing all day were the absolute perks!
The property was the perfect location as a base camp to our winter hiking in the Whites. The place was clean and warm. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be in the area.
The Franconia location was very convenient to all the best that the White Mountains has to offer and the walkability to town and hiking was great. Owner responsiveness was timely and greatly appreciated. Very good value for our whole family and would stay again!
We really enjoyed the house and being able to bring the pups. House was clean and had many things there. We enjoyed the games and quiet location. Would for sure stay again!
Check-in was contactless and easy, parking was plentiful on property, and house was clean/well stocked with games and kitchen equipment. Located close to many beautiful hikes and fun towns. Only negatives included the host’s requirement of a refundable security deposit, as well as supplemental insurance through VRBO, and the host’s requirement of laundering all towels prior to departure to avoid an additional 25 charge. Overall nice property and communicative hosts!
Awesome place! Hot tub is a plus and even netter if you’re in the first floor!
Need more towels if you’re in a big group (8people) if you intent to use the hot tub. Nicole is super friendly and answer all my questions right the way!
Thanks!
We loved this apartment and the hot tub was a major bonus! We had a couple toddlers with us and they loved the playground that was just around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.
The only challenge was the checkout process. They make you run the dishwasher, put away the dishes, run all the towels through the wash, and put them in the dryer, all before a 10:00 AM checkout. This was pretty difficult to accommodate.

Enjoyed our stay
Very comfortable stay. The rental had almost everything we needed for kitchen/bathroom use. The hot tub was the best part. Very quiet neighborhood and very close to a playground.
There was a large dumpster on the property which attracted bears while we stayed there. They came every single night to feed off the left over trash that was left in the dumpster from the previous person. Just something to keep in mind if you have little ones or animals staying with you or if you are a smoker
Very clean, nice place false about entire house, convenient to alot of attractions. Price very reasonable. Would stay again,if the jacuzzi actually worked correctly, maybe directions to use it
My only complaint is from the listing I assumed I had rented a house but it was just the first floor. Not a big deal at all though very spacious and nice.
We had 3 adults and 4 kids stay for a weekend trip to Santa’s Village. House was just as advertised. Hosts quick to respond and helpful. Will be staying here again
Note: Listing comes up as "Entire home", but it's 2 units (1 per floor)! That being said, we were fortunate enough to not have to share the property during our stay.We found it to be a great location, quiet, whilst being close to 93 with quick access access to restaurants and shops in Littleton.
Good number of sleeping spaces. Good kitchen setup. One of the futons had some dirt on it. Could not find the second remote for the TV. Hot tub smelled musty and thus ultimately did not use it. Also was not aware that there would be people upstairs above us.
Reasonable stay for a hiking weekend and well located. The checkout instructions were unreasonable, however. Guests were asked to checkout by 10 but have towels washed and in the dryer.
