Gîte de la Ballade: Charm and Comfort on the Outskirts of Town

  • Our fully furnished holiday rental is available for your holidays, as well as for short-term stays during business trips.
    The cottage is attached to our house, but you have a separate entrance. You also have access to a covered patio with outdoor furniture.
    You can explore our charming little village and its surroundings on foot or by bike, following the specially designated trails along the Sèvre Niortaise River.

    You’re 1 hour from La Rochelle and Futuroscope, 10 minutes from Niort, 1 hour and 20 minutes from Puy du Fou, and 30 minutes from the Marais Poitevin.
    The indoor pool in Chauray is just 5 minutes away. The town of La Crèche, located 10 minutes away, has an outdoor pool.
    There’s a market on Tuesday mornings in La Crèche and on Thursday mornings in Niort, where you can discover our local products.

Les propriétaires Dominique et Alain sont très sympathique, disponible et à l'écoute. Le logement rien a redire, très bien équipé. Le jardin superbe !
