"Staff was great and all areas were very well maintained."
"Bay Breeze has a beautiful setting. The flower gardens around the pool are maintained to a high standard. You can enjoy looking at them from one of the numerous Adirondack chairs on the grounds. The resort has a small private sandy beach right across the road, with more Adirondack chairs for relaxing. The rooms are furnished with a table and chairs, microwave and fridge, in addition to what you'd expect in a hotel room. All very well maintained. Since the Bay Breeze is at the southern edge of Ephraim, it's relatively quiet - but not a bad walk to the shops and restaurants in Ephraim."
"I really liked this property. The rooms were really nice and clean. Only problem was the outrageous storm so there was a power outage. Wish they had a backup generator so we didn’t have to leave a day early. "
"Having never stayed at the Waterbury we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying our stay there. The hotel overall is kept clean. The 2 bedroom loft plus pullout bed provided decent room for 5 of us, including 3 adult children. The grill and gas fire pit with seating area out front is very nice. Both pools (indoor/outdoor) and hottub were clean and provided an enjoy spot to spend time in the water.
The grounds of the resort are maintained very well too. Only the landscape islands in the parking lot were the exception as there were overgrown and appeared as if they may be waiting for an overhaul at some point in the near future. If not, we'd recommend it as that was the one main area we'd recommend receive an update.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well and made us feel very welcome.
We will definitely consider staying here in the future."
