"A very clean, tidy and comfortable 3 star hotel that I surmise is family owned and possibly operated. I stayed out of season in April and it was very quiet. The breakfast is continental: mini croissants and viennoiserie ( chocolate and fruits), chocolate biscuits, fruit juices, cappuccino, espresso, cakes, tarts and tiny packs of Italian toast to enjoy with excellent butter and jams. Borgo Canonica

"We absolutely loved our stay here. It felt so authentic and full of character, and was exactly what we hoped for from our time in Puglia. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and incredibly special, but what really made the stay was the hospitality. Adriano and Mimo were absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived. So warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they made us feel completely at home. Such a beautiful place and a brilliant base for exploring Puglia. We would come back in a heartbeat and couldn’t recommend it more highly. P.s the truffle and potato ravioli and the meatballs were very special!!"

"Perfect hotel! (And I rarely say that) Free parking across the street is a bonus for when you’re out all day exploring or at the beach and just want to come back and relax and have dinner later. Walking distance to center of town. Exceptionally clean. Friendly and professional staff there to help you with all your needs including the reception, servers, spa attendants, and the maids. The spa was very reasonably priced and incredibly relaxing - try the “percorso” which is a little bit of everything. And last but not least the breakfast was abundant and even varied a little each day. Will return here next time I am in Puglia."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Hotel San Michele. Our room was big, comfortable, and well-equipped, with plenty of space for our family of four. The beds were comfy for a great night's sleep, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was great too, with lots of variety to start the day. The outdoor pool was clean, well looked after, and a perfect spot to relax and cool off after spending the day exploring nearby Martina Franca. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the historic centre and very easy to get around on foot. The flat, well-kept paths made it simple to use a buggy or pushchair, which was a big plus for us as a family. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."

The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived, providing warm, attentive service that was flawless throughout our stay. The panoramic views of Ostuni and the surrounding countryside are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Every meal was a delight, from the incredible breakfast to the outstanding dining experiences. The quality of the food, the atmosphere, and the service exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable stay in Puglia, VISTA Ostuni is simply outstanding. We can't wait to return!"
