In the centre 2 km from the centre of Francavilla al Mare, 4 km from the centre of Pescara, 20 km from the centre of Chieti, in the residential district, 100 m from the sea. For shared use: natural state property (fenced). In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Breakfast and half board possible (extra). Parking (limited number of spaces), public parking on the road. Supermarket, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Pescara" 4 km, sandy beach 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
