"A comfortable hotel, but Hotels.com needs to make it clearer that this is one of those European hotels without staff, where one needs codes to enter the building and room. Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). Aside from that pretty major mistake, the room was fine."

Je venais pour mon anniversaire de mariage en pensant profiter du spa, sauf que le spa n’est pas du coup inclus dans le tarif de la chambre (sur votre site ce n’est écrit nul part!) on demande comment faire pour y aller quand même et là on nous dit que tout est déjà réservé. Personne ne nous a prévenu. Il y a une piscine extérieur couverte, on demande donc si on peut y aller, on nous dit que non car elle n’est pas chauffée… payer...

"農家？をホテルに改装したブティックホテルで田舎にある立地とともに雰囲気を感じることができる。部屋もスイーツだったので、十分な広さとおしゃれな内装で満足できるものだった。しかし、給湯器にエラーメッセージが点灯しており、ヒーター、給湯とも作動できず、レセプションに人もいないため、手の施しようがなく、寒い中就寝することとなった。また、1/1の宿泊だったためレストランは休業で、周辺のスーパーマーケットも休業だったため晩御飯が買ってあった少量のパンのみでひもじい思いをした。立地的に周辺の街にも遠くレストランもないため、1/1であってもオーベルジュとしてレストランの営業をのぞみます。レセプションを省力化することについて、エコに対しての姿勢は認めますが、そうであれば、なおさら設備のメンテナンス、作動状況の確認はしっかりと実施していただきたいと思います"

"Helpful staff clean and tidy hotel. Car parking is available on street after 5pm-9am for free or for 24hrs in wide well lit multi story car park directly opposite hotel for €15.40 a night. Cheaper than trying to squeeze into the small tight car park behind hotel at €20 a night if you are lucky enough to find a space."

"Excellent hotel. Seems brand new. Very clean. Great rooms with mezzanine, really fun for kids. I have 2 complaints though. Firstly there is more than enough space to make the ladder to mezzanine a bit longer and not as steep, which would make it far easier to get up/down. Second, why on earth is the toilet separate from the bathroom and sink? It is disgusting because it means you cannot wash your hands after using the toilet if someone is in the shower. It also means every single person that has ever used the toilet has touched all the surfaces with dirty hands, since there is no sink in there. Such a stupid idea. If you’re going to put a separate toilet then put a sink in there as well! Common sense!"
