"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Wir fanden es super auf dem Berg zu wohnen. Das Haus war gut. Nur diese Punkte sind zum verbessern: - Wasser des Wirlpools war nicht sauber. Wir haben diesen ausgetauscht. - 2 Weingläser sind ein bissen weinig für die Menge an Gäste. - Die Terrasse is renovierungsbedürftig. Some tips for the owner; better communication, sun shareds before the windows (especially the bed rooms on the front really get hot in the summer morning because of the sun), and many details need to be completed still (but we were not bothered at all). "We had a wonderful stay at Herbert's house in Haimburg. Communication (in English) was excellent and he provided some great recommendations and booked tennis in the village for us. The housekeepers Arnold and Gitte are on hand if anything is needed. The ground floor of the house and outdoor space are fantastic, particularly the pool area and the modern and well-equipped kitchen. The upstairs is less modern, particularly the bathrooms and we really only used the ground floor and top floor showers. There is just one air-conditioning unit in the living area of the top floor and a couple of tower fans. We were blessed with incredible August weather (over 30 every day) very lucky but this did mean that the bedrooms, particularly the top floor, were very hot. We did a day-trip to Lake Bled and had a fantastic lunch followed by lake swimming in Klagunfurt - but mainly we made full use of the house in the sunshine. Thanks Herbert!"
