Decepcionante... Portão do estacionamento estragado, elevador estragado (de 2 só um funcionava). Água do chuveiro/torneira esquisita (oleosa). Ficamos sem água (cadeira estragou) e quando voltou, só banho de água fria. Condições gerais do hotel lastimável (muito antigo e sem reformas, equipamentos antigos, etc)

Achei estranho que só tinha foto da piscina e não das dependências do hotel. Como eu não tinha feito nenhuma reserva antecipadamente e chegando em Foz muitos hotéis já estavam cheios.. então na pressa acabei reservando a Salvatti. Atendimento ruim.. Levei bronca do porteiro do estacionamento pois o portão fecha às 18hs e eu queria sair as 20hs. O botão do elevador no sexto andar não funciona então toda vez tive que descer a pé. Não reclamei pois achei que era mais seguro ir a pé do que pegar o elevador. Corredores e escadaria escuros, parece filme de terror. Não tem toalhas. Ar condicionado do quarto até que estava funcionando, mas com muito barulho, assim como a mini geladeira. Em questão de limpeza de razoável para ruim. Café da manhã não gostei, era preferível ter comido na padaria. Como era só para dormir uma noite e também pelo preço, pude relevar todos esses pontos. Conclusão: Não encontrei nenhum ponto positivo. Não recomendo se você tiver outras opções.

Não pude dormir neste hotel, o ar condicionado não funcionou e o quarto era no oitavo andar, acontece que não tinha elevador e não era avisado no anúncio, eu tenho um problema na perna e subi com muita dificuldade, chegando no quarto o ar não funciona. O atendente com péssima educação disse que faria o estorno do meu cartão e até agora nada! Espero uma resposta do Hoteis.com sobre isso! Perdi 139,00 reais e ainda fiquei até a 00:00 procurando um hotel, pois este é péssimo!

Hotel com boa localização e bom preço porém péssimo serviço, não conseguem manter sequer toalhas nos quartos, a camareira não atende as solicitações e a televisão não funciona. As instalações elétricas e o hotel como um todo tem o padrão da foto anexa.

É caso de polícia, pelas condições de conservação.

É lamentável que um site de respeito aceite divulgar e vender acomodações como as desse hotel. Trata-se de um hotel construído na década de 70, sem nenhuma manutenção, com condições precárias de acomodações. Um prédio com 15 andares e centenas de quartos com apenas um elevador funcionando. Tivemos que descer 15 andares com malas, pelas escadas. Não tinha tomadas no quarto, não tinha água quente no chuveiro, móveis antigos todos quebrados. Wi fi não funcionava. Horrível. Terrível. Condições degradantes. As autoridades deveriam fechar, antes que ocorra um tragédia.

Má experiência

Foi horrível, local com estrutura extremamente antiga e não condizente com as fotos. Trata-se do primeiro hotel de Foz do Iguaçu, há dois anos tem um novo dono que esta reformando o mesmo e as fotos do site são dos locais novos. Minha reserva, por exemplo, foi de um quarto antigo. Extremamente desagradável, quando liguei o chuveiro não tinha água, quando saiu água, a mesma estava suja. Resumindo: fui para outro hotel pq precisava pelo menos tomar um banho. Não tentei nem ligar o ar condicionado pq sou alérgica a poeira e acáro, o ar condicionado é dos antigos (formato quadrado). Detalhe: ao ligar a TV apareceu uma foto assustadora do rapaz da recepção no modo JOGO. Enfim, não recomendo.
