エアコンがない。扇風機のみある。エアコンがない部屋であることは明記すべき。3日間エアコンがない蒸し暑い部屋で過ごすことになった。部屋の掃除はなく、タオルの交換なし、ゴミ捨てもなし。料金が安いのはいいが、エアコンがなく、ゴミの処理や部屋の掃除もしないのであれば、他のホテルに宿泊した。

Hotel muito bom! Custo benefício e localização 10/10. O hotel é considerado econômico, pelos comentários que vi esperava um caos, mas fui surpreendida com os quartos muito limpo e organizado. Gostei demais e ficaria novamente em uma próxima ida a foz. O hotel é familiar, então fomos recepcionadas pelo seu Pedro que é um amor de pessoa e muito educado e tivemos também contato com sua esposa que limpa os quartos e deixa tudo cheirosinho e a filha que fica na recepção também muito educada e gente boa.

Boa opção para uma estadia curta

O hotel é antigo e precisa de reforma, porém o quarto estava bem limpo e o colchão, que era de molas, estava bem confortável. O banheiro estava limpo, porém a água leva alguns minutos pra começar a sair. O café da manhã estava bom, mas senti falta dos ovos mexidos. A localização é ótima, bem ao lado do centro, e a duas quadras da avenida JK. A senhora que atendia no balcão era muito simpática.

Pelo local me surpreendeu as expectativas

Vou dizer a aparência do primeiro andar para cima parecia ser um prédio descuidado porém a parte da entrada e recepção mesmo simples é bonito e bem organizado com atendentes simpáticos e cordiais gostei voltaria novamente pois além disso o local fica próximo de vários locais de alimentação feirinha de compra supermercado e para quem gosta de acessar transporte urbano próximo do terminal de ônibus da cidade e o interior dos quartos mesmo simples são confortáveis e silenciosos.

Razoável. A fachada nem parecia um hotel . Bem precária. Recepção, bem simples . Calor intenso . Corredor de acesso aos quartos com calor intenso devido a todos os condensadores dos ar condicionados ficarem ali , sensação péssima ao passar . Até ruim para respirar. A janela do quarto da para uma rua sem saída , no qual a imundices de lixos e craqueiros dá um ar pior ainda . Funciarios da recepção na sempre prestativos e a Sra da limpeza tb sempre gentil . Possui estacionamento conveniado bem em frente entoa prático para colocar o carro . A localização é boa , bem em Frente à feirinha. Precisam realmente fazer uma boa pintura na frente , dar uma ajeitada na recepção e reorganizar os corredores quanto aos ar condicionado z

Atendimento fez a diferença

As pessoas são educadas e fazem vc se sentir bem. Sempre disposto a ajudar e lhe indicar o que fazer na cidade. Não espere um local luxuoso, mas espere um atendimento de pessoas da família. O meu quarto tinha ar condicionado e o Wi-Fi funcionou muito bem.

Awesome family operated hotel

This is family owned hotel. Very pilote and kind people. CRIS and her father Pedro and younger brother which i dont know the name are very helpful. The mother works in the cafeteria breakfast is very nice and kind as well. Its very rate that i meet this awesome service The hotel double room cost less than $20 if you book over a month in advanceadvance.
